The IEP prefers to use its online form to accept applications. If you need a paper application, please request one through iep@indiana.edu. To enroll in the IEP Special Programs for Legal English or MBA Preparatory program, please use the IEP Special Programs Enrollment Form.

This information will be sent directly to the IEP when you press the "SUBMIT" button below, and you will be directed to a screen where you can attach (.jpg or .pdf) files of your financial guarantee information, and the passport page which has your photo.

Before we can send you an I-20 visa document, you must send us ALL of the following items:

A $100.00 application fee in U.S. funds, payable to Indiana University (this fee is non-refundable)
Proof of financial support while you attend our program (an original bank statement AND letter of support or a financial guarantee from your government)
Photocopy of picture page in your passport
